With a background in social work and education — including years as an adjunct professor — Carol built Indy Cool Suppliers on a lifetime of helping people and a knack for finding the right product for the job. Friends and family came to her for recommendations long before this shop existed.

We currently ship across the United States. International orders — email us first and we will see what we can arrange.
Most items ship within 2-5 business days through our partner network. You will receive tracking as soon as the order is on its way.
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $50. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
